We aim to provide a quick and efficient service for all returns/exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original packaging and must not have been worn, or show evidence of being worn. We offer a full refund in this instance. This offer does not apply to sale items.
Free Exchanges in the UK
We understand that getting the right size of shoe over the internet is sometimes a bit hit or miss. To help with this we offer one free exchange on purchases made within the UK. Holster will send you a second pair free of charge. All we ask is that you return the original pair back to us unworn and in its original packaging at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. This offer does not apply to sale items.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us in the first instance at orders@holsteruk.co.uk or call us on 01428 654341 quoting your order reference number and we will advise you of the returns procedure.
Notification of faulty items must be made to Holster within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and notify you of any refund/exchange subject to stock availability. We aim to do this as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund or exchange for defective goods. We will not refund postage unless otherwise agreed.
Can I cancel my Order?
Once payment has been debited from your account, the transaction will be fully procesed and you will have to follow the returns procedure for a refund or exchange.
I have received an incorrect item
In this unlikely event please email orders@holsteruk.co.uk , quoting your order reference number and let us know what you have received instead. Or you can call us on 01428 654341 and we will advise how to return the item to us and the next steps.
Customer Duty of Care
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchase to Holster you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
