We will never share any of your information with 3rd parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you- eg arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling where we have your express permission to do so.

If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail and post.

All Holster account customers have the option to opt out of receiving communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive special offers and sale news you can opt-out by visiting “Your Details” in “Your Account” on the Holster website. You can access “Your Account” once you register and login. Or click the unsubscribe link in any email communication which we might send you.

What are Cookies?

Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Contract

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed when we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Pricing and Availability

If we discover an error in the price of goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

 

Tax Charges / VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. If you live outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at the checkout.
 
Payment

All payments are made in sterling. We accept the following major credit and debit cards: - Visa, Mastercard, Switch,    Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro.  We also accept payment through PayPal. Goods are not dispatched until payment has been authorised by the appropriate payment authority.

 

Delivery and Liability

Once we received your order, we will send you an automated email to confirm that we have received it.   We do reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfil your order.  
 
We endeavour to deliver in timeframes outlined in the Delivery section, however we are reliant upon third party carriers such as Royal Mail and cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.
 
Complaints

At Holster we strive to adhere to consistently high standards and offer an excellent service.   If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided, please let us know.   We need to know when things go wrong so we can rectify for the next time.

Faulty Products

 You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery.  We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
 

Changes to these terms

Holster UK Ltd reserves the right to amend or make any changes to all or part of this site at any given time without prior consent including the Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Refunds and Exchanges .In respect of goods already ordered, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
